Cancellation I require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to notify before the 24 hour mark will result in a 50% service total fee. Missed Appointments Failure to cancel/ no showing the appointment will result in a required 100% fee for the service scheduled. Late Arrivals If you appear for your appointment 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule the appointment if the remaining time isn’t long enough to complete the service. If you do fail to reach out by that 15 minute mark the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be treated as a missed appointment.
